• Join our Home Health team providing compassionate, skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in Walla Walla and surrounding areas, including parts of Washington and Oregon.
• This role requires up-to-date clinical skills and excellent communication, with a focus on patient-centered care in the home environment.

Requirements

• Licenses: Valid Washington RN license or Compact License (must hold both WA and OR licenses if covering both states)
• Certifications: BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) required
• Minimum 1 year recent skilled home health experience within the last 3 years
• Ability to manage a caseload of up to 6 patients daily (1:1 ratio; 30 productivity points standard)
• Must have reliable transportation for patient visits (travel radius occasionally 50+ miles)
