Key Responsibilities Process and manage incoming and outgoing patient referrals. Coordinate with specialists and imaging centers to obtain consultation notes and medical records. Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally. Follow up on pending referrals and documentation. Maintain accurate patient records and referral information in the EMR. Communicate with providers, patients, and external healthcare offices regarding referral status. Ensure referrals are completed in a timely manner. Provide general administrative support to the clinical team. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Previous referral experience a plus.
