Registered Nurse (RN) - Pre-Admissions Testing (PAT)

Redlands Community Hospital

Reporting to the Director of Nursing/OR thisposition enables patients to approach surgery with understanding andconfidence. Acts as liaison between hospital, patient, and physicians. AlertsSurgeons and Anesthesiologist regarding abnormal lab results and medicationproblems. Assembles required lab, x‑ray and EKG reports on patients carepre‑op. Instructs patient regarding appropriate medication prior to surgery. *Ability to meet all job & physical requirements as outlined in job description or as agreed through a work place accommodation.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:

Three years’ operating room or threeyears PACU experience preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
