Medical Device AssemblerLiberty, SC Immediately Temporary/ContractDescriptionCome create your career with VoltVolt is immediately hiring a Medical Device Assembler in Liberty, SC 29657As a Medical Device Assembler, you will:Perform assembly, testing, and production tasks following standardized work instructionsHandle small components with precision and attention to detailMaintain accurate production and quality records to ensure traceability and complianceFollow all safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE)Communicate production issues, quality concerns, or improvement ideas to leadershipParticipate in daily performance tracking and goal-setting with supervisorsSupport team production targets and company objectivesContribute to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activitiesMaintain a positive, professional attitude when working with team membersComply with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Systems (EMS), and regulatory standardsThis is a full time, contract opportunity.Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM4th Shift (Weekend): Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PMThe ideal candidate will have:Required Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent is requiredAbility to read, understand, and follow detailed written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityProven reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendanceAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyWillingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to structured processesBasic computer skills (data entry, tracking systems, or similar tools)Ability to work safely in a production environmentPreferred Skills & QualificationsExperience in roles requiring consistency, precision, or repetitive tasks (any industry)Exposure to manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, retail, customer service, or operations environmentsFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement practicesDemonstrated ability to meet performance goals and contribute to team success.Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.78 per hour.*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
