Job Title: RN Case Management Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Experience: 1-2 years License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: CCM preferred but not required Must-Have: Registered Nurse Description: This role is focused on daily case management assessments and evaluations. The unit has a total of 454 beds and maintains a patient ratio of 1:21. Standard equipment includes computer systems for documentation. Experience with Meditech and CarePort is beneficial for this position. Weekend coverage may be required based on scheduling needs.
