Position Summary In a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment, the nurse practitioner / physician assistant will contribute professional and clinical expertise to assigned patient populations to ensure the delivery of high quality care. Scope of practice will encompass expert clinical practice, expert guidance and coaching of patients and families and other healthcare providers, and research leadership (clinical, professional, and systems). Duties are performed in accordance with the NJ Board of Nursing guidelines for Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Education Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program as determined by the Committee on Allied Health. Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program / Master’s in Nursing or current Registered Professional Nurse. Experience Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical practice experience in primary care / urgent care. Special Skills Evidence of excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, and creative problem solving. Participation in pertinent professional and/or specialty organizations (preferred). BLS certification. Serve on call and/or weekend as required. Compensation Minimum base salary for new graduates is $122,600. Salary commensurate with years of experience as an NP/PA. Generous RVU production incentive with opportunity to earn up to 10% quality incentive. Job Location and Shift Waldwick, 140 Franklin Township Suite 6B. Day shift (United States of America).
