Emergency Room (ER) - Registered Nurse (RN) Full Time Day Or Night Shift

Registered Nurse – Transition to Practice – Emergency Department Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Location: Edwards Hospital, Naperville, IL. Night shifts are available. Transition Program classroom hours on day shift. Responsibilities Provides professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Utilizes critical thinking to assess patient conditions, identify changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document relevant observations. Appropriately delegates tasks and collaborates as a team member to support unit goals. Qualifications Current professional nursing licensure in the State of IL required. 1 year of nursing inpatient experience as an RN required.
