Job Title Certified Surgical Technologist Location North Las Vegas, NV Employment Type Full-time Summary USPI Durango Outpatient Surgery Center is hiring a Full Time Certified Surgical Technologist. The role requires skilled assistance in the OR to support open heart, vascular, and general surgical procedures. Responsibilities Assist surgeons during procedures to ensure safe, efficient surgery. Prepare and manage surgical instruments, supplies, cameras, scopes, and equipment. Support vein harvesting and other specialized procedures as required. Adhere to sterile technique and surgical protocols. Maintain surgical equipment and inventory. Qualifications Minimum 2 to 3 years of CVFA experience in a surgical setting. Experience in open heart and vascular procedures. Strong knowledge of surgical equipment and sterile technique. Ability to handle long shifts (4 x 10 hours) and flexible call requirements.
