Job Summary Courier/DOT-1 Driver – FedEx Corporate Services, New York, NY. Responsibilities Operate company vehicles to provide courteous and efficient package delivery and pick‑up. Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service features and perform related customer service functions. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education High school diploma or GED. Requirements Licensed to operate the type of vehicle assigned. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to lift and maneuver packages up to and above 50 lbs using appropriate equipment or assistance. Good human‑relations and verbal communication skills; neat appearance. Ability to read and speak English sufficient to understand traffic signs and communicate with traffic safety officials. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Must meet qualifications as outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. Requires a medical examination in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations. Preferred Qualifications None listed. Pay and Schedule Hourly pay: $24.21 – $35.96. Monday–Friday, approximately 2:00pm – 8:30pm.
