Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Split Position for McKeesport/RostraverSchedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week M-F between the hours of 7am and 3:30 pm with flexibility to work later and/or on weekends due to needSalary: $20- $26 per hour, based on experience - DAILY PAY AVAILABLE!!Summary of Job Duties: Provide preventative and episodic maintenance, service and repair in the area of mechanical, electrical, painting, carpentry, plumbing and other services covering multiple sites. Occasional installations or relocation of furniture, equipment and decorative items. In addition to facility repairs, the Maintenance Technician (MT) will also provide home repairs for participants as authorized by Community LIFE Interdisciplinary Teams. The MT must be knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures in the above areas.Required Education: Trade school or other relevant training in applicable fieldRequired Experience: One year experience in the maintenance field (preferably in healthcare facility maintenance)Required Certifications/Licensure:Valid PA Driver's LicenseRequired Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:Experience in maintenance tradesKnowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautionsMust be able to operate a wide variety of hand and power toolsBroad based knowledge of building codesMust have strong communication skillsAbility to accept and utilize supervision to maintain high standards of qualityStrong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong team building and conflict resolution skillsDependable, resourceful and flexible.Basic computer use
