A growing behavioral health organization is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join its inpatient care team. This role offers the chance to work alongside nurses, therapists, and healthcare professionals in a structured, team-oriented environment focused on patient stabilization, emotional support, and recovery. What You'll Be Doing
• Support patients within a structured inpatient behavioral health setting
• Monitor patient safety and provide positive day-to-day support and encouragement
• Assist with daily activities, therapeutic routines, and group programming
• Observe and document behavioral changes and communicate updates to the clinical team
• Help maintain a safe, calm, and supportive treatment environment
• Partner closely with nurses, therapists, and care team members to support patient care goals
• Follow established safety procedures and treatment protocols

What We're Looking For
• High school diploma required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Healthcare, or a related field is a plus
• Interest in behavioral health, mental health, healthcare, or patient advocacy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced environments
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
