Your ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and provide exceptional service will directly impact your success and earning potential. Responsibilities include: * Greet customers promptly and professionally * Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs * Recommend maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines * Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts * Clearly explain repair recommendations and costs * Coordinate repairs with technicians to ensure timely completion * Keep customers informed throughout the repair process * Verify warranty and extended service contract coverage * Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls * Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business What We're Looking For * Outstanding customer service and communication skills * Strong organizational and time management abilities * Positive attitude and professional appearance * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer skills * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred Qualifications * Automotive Service Advisor experience * Dealer Management System (DMS) experience * Sales or customer service background Don't have automotive experience?
