Production Worker (Plastic Injection Molding Specialist)Join our team as a detail-oriented and reliable production worker where you'll be key in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process! As a vital part of the team, you'll operate plastic injection molding machines, apply glue, assemble parts, and ensure top-quality products leave our facility.Key Responsibilities:Operate Plastic Injection Molding Machines: Set up, run, and monitor machines to make sure everything's functioning perfectly.Troubleshoot & Maintenance: Tackle minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance to keep production running smoothly.Glue Application: Use brushes to apply glue to materials with precision and in accordance with specifications.Assembly: Put your skills to work by assembling parts—stick glued materials together, ensuring they align properly and adhere securely.Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards before they're packaged or sent to the next stage.Qualifications:Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar role is a plus, but not required.Ability to work independently or collaborate as part of a team.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, bend, and move around the production area for extended periods.Occasional lifting of materials weighing up to 35 lbs.If you're looking for a dynamic role where attention to detail and reliability are key, we'd love to meet you!
