Description: Bell Schedule:
Day Shift
9:15am to 9:30am Break
11:15am to 11:45am Lunch
1:30pm to 1:40pm Break

Position: PRODUCTION ASSEMBLER
Summary: Work as part of a team assembling an entire product or component of a
product. Team assemblers are cross trained to perform all tasks and processes occurring
in the Assembly department.
Responsibilities:
o Adhere to safety procedures
o Understand and apply verbal instructions
o Understand and apply written instructions
o Assemble metal components
o Assemble small objects and parts
o Smooth, sharpen, polish or grind metal objects
o Distinguish colors
o Inspect components during manufacturing; utilize Control Plans and visual aids
o Wrap and label products; hand pack products for shipment
o Maintain consistent quality
o Understand Temco work orders and parts traceability requirements
o Understand and perform manufacturing methods and techniques
o Recognize characteristics of metals
o Maintain expected output levels of assembled items
o Work as a team member
Physical Requirements:
? Good eyesight
? Good eye-hand coordination and dexterity with small parts
? Perform repetitive tasks in assembly setting
? Must be able to lift 30 pounds
? Able to sit or stand in one place for long periods of time
? Able to bend and stoop
Qualifications and Training Required:
? Speak, read and write English
? High school diploma or equivalent
