This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor. We at Stokes Toyota of Beaufort are growing and looking for the right Assistant Service Manager/Service Advisor to grow with us. If you are a certified Toyota ASM, we want to talk to you. If you are an experienced ASM with Reynolds and Reynolds knowledge we want to talk to you. Compensation and benefits include a sign-on incentive up to $2,500 for the right candidate with the right experience. Toyota Certified, Expert, Master or other manufacturer experience is preferred. Ensure the daily inventory of technicians’ time is consistently sold to service customers. Distribute work between technicians efficiently. Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs. Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards. Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary. Oversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service department.
