Make an impact as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within a dynamic, supportive school environment. This part-time contract opportunity runs through the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year, offering the flexibility to work two days per week (your choice, Monday through Friday). The primary focus will be on providing behavioral consultation, supporting intervention strategies, and updating behavior plans for a diverse caseload of approximately 29 students, including elementary and middle school learners.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Background in public school settings is highly valued, though not mandatory
• Demonstrated experience implementing and updating behavioral intervention plans
• Strong skills in collaboration and communication, able to work effectively with staff, students, and multidisciplinary teams
• Compassionate problem-solver who is both creative and team-oriented

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert behavioral consultation to classroom staff and students
• Support the assessment, development, and ongoing revision of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Guide teams in using evidence-based interventions and techniques, fostering positive outcomes for students
• Partner with special education staff and administration to optimize student support
• Help maintain and build upon classroom stability by identifying new opportunities for behavioral growth
