Program Finance Analyst

Program Finance AnalystResponsible for tracking and analyzing financial performance against plan for development and manufacturing programs. Work in collaboration with Project Scheduler to determine earned value metrics. Responsible for contract planning, budgeting, and reporting of cost and schedule.Essential FunctionsCollect / report actual contract costs to the program manager and customer as required.Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) duties including baseline planning, tracking performance, identifying variances and developing corrective actions with the cognizant Cost Account Managers.Provide regular financial analyses and forecasts to ensure alignment with program goals.Develop and maintain Comprehensive Estimates at Completion (CEAC).Create Cost and Software Data Report (CSDR) in accordance with the CSDR planCreates Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS)/CWBS dictionary, per the requirements of MIL-STD-881D and conform to the Customer-approved CSDR Plan for the contract and DD Form 2794.Work with Customer Contractor Cost Working Group Integrated Product Team (CWIPT) to ensure all reporting requirements can be met.RequirementsDemonstrated experience in Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables, conditional formatting, and creating charts from a data set).Prior Cost Account Management / EVMS/ Financial analysis experienceSolid written, presentation and communication skills.BS/BA in Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant major and 5-10 years of direct experience.Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance.Familiarity with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), ANSI-748-D Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New Jersey is $105,000 - $135,000 Annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, and internal consistency.Additionally, we offer medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, tuition assistance, paid vacation and sick days, paid holidays, and a 9/80 work week with every other Friday off.
