Required Skills & Experience : -1 year of experience. -

Required Education : -Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Required Certifications & Licensure:

-Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC).

-Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association.

-PALS (American Heart Association).

-APHON Chemotherapy.

Schedule Notes : 3/12's on nights. Associates or Bachelors, PALS,RN License , BLS,, APHON.

Must have 6 months of level I trauma experience.
