Delivery Driver - Lot Technician

RideNow Powersports Huntsville is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver - Lot Technician to join our team. This is a driving position, and you must be 21 years of age or older. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the safe operation, movement, and organization of powersports vehicles on our lot and must have the ability to transport vehicles with a truck and trailer. You must be comfortable and capable of handling a wide variety of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more.

What You'll Do:

• Safely drive, move, and park motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles on the lot, in the showroom, and in service areas
• Assist with vehicle check-in and inspection upon delivery
• Keep the lot neat, clean, and organized at all times
• Prepare units for customer delivery, including cleaning and fueling
• Deliver and pick up units to customers
• Support the sales and service teams with unit movement and logistics
• Maintain awareness of the lot's layout and assist in managing inventory flow
• Perform general support tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Must have a valid motorcycle license
• 1+ years of delivery driving experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• This is a driving positionmust have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (motorcycle endorsement required)
• Must be able to ride and confidently maneuver motorcycles and other powersports units, including manual transmission
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active conditions (standing, crouching, kneeling)
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premisesincluding indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areaswhile maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
