Home Health Clinical Manager

Role Overview As a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager , you will lead clinical operations within a home health setting, overseeing patient care, staff management, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities include reviewing referrals, assigning clinicians, guiding clinical decision-making, ensuring documentation quality, and supporting staff through education, coaching, and performance evaluations. You will coordinate communication among healthcare providers, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, participate in budgeting and community outreach, and provide limited direct patient care in exceptional circumstances. This role requires a current RN license, CPR certification, home health experience, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Preferred qualifications include management experience in home care or hospice settings.
