Nurse Practitioners Needed For In-Home Health Risk Assessments We are seeking experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for patients throughout MI. This is an excellent opportunity for providers looking to supplement their income with a flexible, part-time schedule.
