Regional Sales Representative - Wetwall

Position Title: Regional Sales Representative – Wetwall Position Summary Drive Wetwall waterproof wall panel systems sales and revenue growth across assigned regions. Lead strategic engagement with distribution, contractors, designers, and key accounts to position Wetwall as the leading choice for wet areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Drive Revenue Growth Own and deliver regional sales targets for Wetwall. Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans. Identify new market opportunities and accelerate category adoption. Lead & Develop a High-Performing Territory Coach, mentor, and lead territory sales reps and specification reps. Set clear goals, monitor performance, and drive accountability. Expand Market Presence Grow relationships with builders & remodelers, contractors/installers, and distribution partners. Drive specification with architects and designers. Increase share of wallet within existing accounts. Strengthen Channel Partnerships Partner with distributors on inventory, merchandising, and sell-through. Support key projects from specification to installation. Ensure best-in-class customer experience. Collaborate Cross-Functionally Align with marketing on campaigns and product launches. Provide market feedback to product management. Work with operations to ensure supply reliability. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Product Expertise : Knowledge of Wilsonart’s full product line and marketing performance. Sales Capability : Strong ability to sell products and concepts, influencing decision-makers and driving adoption. Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats with all levels of the organization and external customers. Technical Proficiency : Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for presentations, reporting, and data analysis. Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a demanding environment. Travel Flexibility : Willingness and ability to travel as required; field‑based role with standard business and customer environments. Presentation Skills : Ability to deliver professional public presentations and hands‑on installation demonstrations. Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a closely related field (five years of field selling/specification experience may substitute up to a maximum of four years of education). Experience: 5+ years in sales or product experience with building materials, wall panels, surfacing, or bath systems (preferred). 3+ years in sales leadership or team management. Proven success growing revenue and managing key account relationships. Strong understanding of distributor and contractor channels. Working Conditions: Will require standing, walking, lifting/carrying moderate weight (20–50 lbs). Continuous handling of equipment of moderate weight; physical and environmental requirements may vary based on location.
