As a Warehouse Personnel team member, you will have a variety of important responsibilities within the warehouse. You will be tasked with accurately picking products and ensuring that the correct items are loaded onto trucks for distribution. You are the one who validates the load is built correctly, to protect the product and ensure employee safety./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliEnsure loads are built and loaded accurately in a timely manner/liliBuild stable pallets, utilizing correct pallet building ties to lock in product/liliUse scan-to-pick technology to ensure product accuracy and pick quantities/liliLoad and unload delivery and over-the-road trucks and ensure proper stock rotation in the warehouse and on the trucks/liliWrap orders before loading on trucks/liliMaintain and track quality control/liliMaintain appearance of facility including monitoring and repacking damaged product and general maintenance of equipment/liliSafely operate various types of warehouse equipment as necessary/li/ulh3Job Qualifications/h3ulliMust be at least 18 years of age/liliHigh school diploma or GED required/liliPrevious warehousing or distribution experience preferred/liliForklift certified preferred/liliSafe driving record/liliAbility to safely operate job related equipment (i.e. hand truck, pallet jack, etc.)/liliAbility to work with minimal supervision/liliMust be able to work in adverse weather conditions and wide temperature variation/liliGood oral and written communications skills/liliBe able to lift, load, unload and move products weighing up to 165 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the job/liliMust be able and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays/li/ulpAt Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
