Job Summary and Qualifications As a Lead Radiologic Technologist at HCA Healthcare, you’ll play an imperative role in guiding a team that delivers safe, accurate, and patient-centered imaging every day. You’ll mentor technologists, optimize workflows, and ensure the team has the tools and support to perform with confidence. Responsibilities Lead the imaging team and mentor technologists to deliver safe, high-quality patient care Guide patients through imaging procedures with compassion, comfort, and confidence Operate advanced radiography equipment and administer contrast media while ensuring radiation safety Maintain and calibrate instruments, supplies, and equipment for accurate and efficient imaging Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and the care team to support smooth workflows and excellent patient outcomes Qualifications Basic Cardiac Life Support required State Fluoroscopy licensed required Registered Radiographer (ARRT R) required CRT required Three years of experience in a Radiology department in a staff and supervisory position preferred One year of Emergency and/or Trauma experience preferred Come join our team as a Radiology Technician Lead.
