As a Security Officer Lobby Ambassador in Detroit, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal, you will be the welcoming face of the location, helping manage access, greet visitors, monitor activity at the entrance, and support security-related operations through clear communication and attentive service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Monitor front desk activity, greet visitors, manage access in accordance with site‑specific policies, and report security-related concerns to the appropriate contact. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
