Toyota-Arena Concessions Cashier and Stand Attendant

The Concessions Cashier and Stand Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional food & beverage event day service to Arena guests, while exhibiting a warm, friendly and professional demeanor to build relationships that will enhance the guest experience. Essential Functions include assisting in maintaining, organizing and cleaning all equipment, attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service, ensuring all merchandizing and signage is properly displayed for each event, adhering to the Company dress code, greeting guests warmly, accurately using POS system while serving high volumes of guests, following cash handling and tip reporting guidelines, expediting guest food orders timely, stocking product, setting up condiment and cashier stations, completing all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities, practicing proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment, partnering with team members to ensure food and beverage quality, assisting in food preparation, checking concessions equipment, understanding and executing responsible alcohol service, maintaining proper sanitation and food safety, navigating the Arena and assisting guests, maintaining excellent customer service, abiding by all Company policies, and other duties as assigned. Experience/Training/Education Requirements: Must be minimum 21 years of age, Highschool Diploma or GED, previous customer service and cash handling experience is a plus, basic math and cash handling skills, flexibility, sense of urgency, working knowledge of food production techniques, purchasing, and sanitation procedures, excellent communication skills, ability to define and solve problems, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. License/Certificate: Food Handlers Card, TIPS Certified. Ability to communicate effectively, work with minimal supervision, interact with all levels of customers and staff, work flexible hours, be detail oriented, present a professional appearance, have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation, energetic and self-disciplined with a passion for guest service, positive attitude and neat appearance, and strong work ethics. Physical and Environmental Requirements: Standing, walking, bending, lifting 25lbs, working at computer, irregular hours, moving around facility, standing long hours during events, talking and hearing, working inside or outside as needed.
