This entry-level role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement through Operational Excellence principles, including Standard Work, 5S, and structured problem solving.**Key Responsibilities:*** Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.* Document and report non-conformances; assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.* Maintain and audit Standard Work procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness.* Support implementation and sustainment of 5S in work areas to promote safety, efficiency, and visual control.* Participate in problem-solving activities using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, and PDCA.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.* Assist in training operators in quality standards and inspection techniques.* Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits.* Support internal and external audits as needed.* Collect, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify new opportunities for improvement.* Help drive a culture of continuous improvement and assist teams in adapting to new processes and systems.* Evaluate existing processes to identify waste and inefficiencies and implement countermeasures using operational excellence tools.## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.* 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality role.* Familiarity with Operational Excellence Manufacturing principles, including 5S.
