A well-established and busy outpatient Internal Medicine practice located at 426 Michigan in Grand Rapids, Michigan is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a highly collaborative and patient-focused team.

This vibrant practice cares for adult patients across the continuum and offers a strong, team-based care model. The current group is supported by integrated resources such as Behavioral Health, Pharmacists, and Care Managers —allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality, comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities \n

\n
• \n

  Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for adult patients

\n
• \n

  Assess and monitor the medical needs of patients and their families

\n
• \n

  Deliver care in a cost-effective, evidence-based, and patient-centered manner

\n
• \n

  Ensure appropriate coverage and continuity of care for patient panels

\n
• \n

  Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and improve outcomes

\n
• \n

  Provide supervision and oversight of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

\n
• \n

  Participate in patient and family education to support wellness and chronic disease management

\n
• \n

  Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

\n
• \n

  Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical process enhancements

\n
• \n

  Support organizational goals related to patient satisfaction and financial stewardship
