Technical Support Technician

To support a growing team, the remote Technical Support Technician will provide high-level customer service and technical support to product end users, troubleshoot hardware issues, and assist with platform upgrades. Key responsibilities Provide basic technical support to clients via email, phone, or other virtual methods Respond quickly and effectively to help desk requests and troubleshoot multiple products Assist with network issues and support platform and server upgrades Required qualifications High School Diploma 1 year of customer service or call center experience Knowledge of Microsoft products (Office, Workstation, Server SQL) College-level courses or vocational training in Computer Science preferred General knowledge of Windows Operating systems
