We want to offer our team members a career that engages and challenges them and gives them the opportunity to thrive to their fullest potential.The Sales & Leasing Consultant is responsible for leading sales and leasing activities, becoming an expert of each market and the competitors within the market, working with marketing to develop strategic promotions through analysis of data and market trends, learning and understanding leasing policies and procedures and communicating those to prospective residents, conducting monthly ILS audits and marketing surveys and actively seeking out new opportunities to build brand awareness and develop business relationships within the market.If you have an outgoing, driven, friendly personality with strong, dynamic sales experience, enjoy providing exceptional customer service and have strong experience with social media marketing, our Sales & Leasing Consultant opportunity is perfect for you!Responsibilities:Leads sales and leasing activities including in-person and virtual tours, communication with incoming leads, outreach and lead generation.Provides detailed and thorough documentation of all contact with prospective residents from first contact to move-in.Works with management to develop, execute and achieve leasing/occupancy goals.Able to consistently meet or exceed closing ratio expectations (varies by assignment)Able to effectively communicate with prospective residents in a professional and timely manner.Learns and understands leasing policies and procedures and can communicate those to prospective residents.Becomes an expert of each market and the competitors within the market.Conducts Daily Marketing Checklist and recommends improvements needed.Conducts Monthly ILS Audits and Marketing SurveysExemplifies the company mission of creating communities people want to be a part of.Actively seeks out new opportunities to build brand awareness and develop business relationships within the market.Conduct tours, diligently pursue the close of each sale, perform follow ups, and complete leasing paperwork with prospective residentsEnsure compliant with Fair Housing Laws; execute Fair Housing practices consistentlyEnsure that all lease files are accurate, complete, and organizedProvide ideas to Property Manager for advertising/marketing tactics throughout the yearCourteously handle resident questions, concerns and complaintsConduct out-reach marketing on a regular basisMaintain a professional appearance and attitude at all timesQualifications:2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience in property management, retail, hospitality, or related field required.A goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales.Excellent written and verbal communication skills that set you apart from the competition.Ability to interact with employees and customers in a professional manner.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well within a team setting.Ability to create relationships and partnerships with businesses and employers in the market.Customer focused mindset with strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.Experience with Property Management Software system(s).
