Full-Time | Sarasota, FL (Remote/Hybrid Consideration Available) | Aligned Dental Management

Join a growing, multi-location dental organization with Aligned Dental Management and help drive patient growth, brand awareness, and practice success. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager who can think strategically, execute effectively, and lead marketing initiatives across multiple dental practices. This position is based in Sarasota, FL, with hybrid or remote work arrangements considered for highly qualified candidates with some travel.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on new patient acquisition, patient retention, and brand growth.
• Manage digital marketing efforts including websites, SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and online reputation management.
• Create and oversee marketing materials including brochures, presentations, advertisements, proposals, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure consistent branding across all practice locations, websites, signage, and marketing assets.
• Track campaign performance, ROI, and key patient acquisition metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership, practice teams, and external vendors to support business development and marketing initiatives.
• Assist with content creation, social media management, community outreach, events, and recruitment marketing.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in multi-site healthcare or dental organizations.
• Strong digital marketing experience including social media, email marketing, and website management.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on experience with local SEO, Google Business Profile, and call-tracking platforms (Peerlogic, CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, etc.).
• Experience measuring KPIs such as CPL, cost per new patient, patient acquisition, and channel conversion.
• Excellent writing, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
