Operating within a modern outpatient facility, this role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The position offers a manageable daily caseload of 10 to 14 patients, allowing therapists ample time for individualized treatment plans.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluations & Care Plans: Perform comprehensive clinical evaluations, establish individualized plans of care, and track patient functional progression.Dual-Modality Care: Design and implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions utilizing both traditional land-based orthopedic treatments.Patient-Centered Treatment: Deliver personalized, 1-on-1 care to treat musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical cases, and chronic conditions at a sustainable pace.Multidisciplinary Coordination: Communicate effectively with physicians, clinic support staff, and patients to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal outcomes.Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and progress notes in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred).Licensure: Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado (or eligibility for Colorado licensure).Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.Clinical Skills: Strong foundation in outpatient orthopedics; prior experience or interest in utilizing aquatic therapy modalities is a plus.Attributes: Excellent interpersonal communication, strong organizational habits, and a commitment to patient advocacy.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on clinical experienceIndividualized Benefits Package: Tailored options for medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidaysProfessional development and continuing education support
