This places them in the top 5% of hospitals in the country for superior clinical performance and excellence.Opened an offsite 24 bed, 24/7 emergency room in Central Pasco to better serve the emergency health needs of residents in west and central Pasco.The role you'll contribute:Manages daily operations of the central sterile supply unit sterile processing department in support of surgical procedures.The value you'll bring to the team:Develops specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.Collects and reports on data concerning instrument distribution, loss and replacement. Works collaboratively to identify and implement strategies related to product standardization, supply reduction, and cost containment.Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. May perform and oversee processes such as scheduling, recruitment, payroll and student engagement.Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, vendor relations, and quality and process compliance of all sterilization activities throughout the health system according to industry regulations.Monitors quality and process compliance of all sterilization activities.
