MedSurg Telemetry RN in Greenfield, MA | Baystate Health Careers

Baystate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the MedSurg/Telemetry team at Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, Massachusetts.

Our inpatient acute care team provides comprehensive nursing care for patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs, including telemetry and intermediate care. Nurses have the opportunity to care for patients with varying diagnoses and levels of acuity while building a broad clinical skill set.

As a MedSurg/Telemetry RN, You Will:

• Care for patients with medical, surgical, telemetry, and intermediate-care needs.
• Assess patients and monitor for changes in condition, including cardiac rhythms.
• Provide individualized nursing care, medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Utilize advanced telemonitoring technology with access to specialists and resources throughout Baystate Health.
• Work alongside a strong clinical support team, including leadership, educators, and coordinators.
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Receive a comprehensive orientation with online education, classroom learning, and simulation.
