Pediatric Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW/LMHC/Psychologist)

LifeStance Health is hiring part‑time and full‑time licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD) to provide integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric office and outpatient psychotherapy in Norwoods/Taunton. LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental health care services focused on evidence‑based, medically driven treatments for children, adolescents, and adults. Responsibilities Provide integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric office and outpatient psychotherapy. Work primarily with pediatric and adolescent patients on a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions and mental health concerns using evidence‑based therapies such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment. Conduct screens for depression, anxiety, and other conditions and consult frequently with medical professionals. Operate in a fast‑paced, interdisciplinary setting, demonstrating strong communication skills and clinical acumen. Qualifications Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW or PsyD) in good standing. Experience working with clients across the lifespan in a primary care or pediatric environment. Proficiency in empirically supported treatments such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a fast‑paced interdisciplinary team. Benefits Strong work‑life balance/flexible scheduling with 3‑5 days telehealth.
