The Customer Success Representative will work directly with new and existing customers to discuss their needs, explain available solutions, and encourage continued satisfaction with their selections. Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction through additional information or support.

• Answer questions regarding existing services, available options, and current offerings.

• Address routine customer concerns and recommend appropriate next steps.

• Encourage positive customer relationships through attentive communication and follow-through.

• Discuss relevant product updates and additional offerings with interested customers.

• Assist with customer retention efforts by providing accurate information and dependable service.

• Document relevant customer preferences, requests, and interaction details.

• Communicate customer feedback and emerging needs to appropriate team members.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent information and customer support.

• Maintain familiarity with current products, service options, and promotional information.

• Follow established company guidelines for customer interactions and service recommendations.

• Complete additional customer relationship and service-related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of experience in customer success, sales, customer service, hospitality, business, or a related field.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to establish rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Comfortable discussing products, services, and customer needs.

• Strong listening skills and ability to identify appropriate solutions.

• Professional, approachable, and customer-focused communication style.

• Ability to explain product information and service options clearly.
