Role Summary HR Operations Analyst I – Provides a range of analytical, program, and operational process support within a defined functional area. Works with business processes, procedures, and transaction lifecycle to deliver specialized reporting and operational support. Key Responsibilities Identify and resolve key operational, reporting, and process issues, escalating when necessary. Lead problem resolution for escalated issues and provide clear guidance for higher complexity policies. Provide comprehensive analysis and specialized reporting to support operations. Maintain knowledge of the operating environment, business processes, and transaction lifecycle. Manage assigned programs, coordinate changes, and ensure timely and accurate transaction processing. Deliver optimal employee and partner service, offering expert guidance on policies, programs, and procedures. Investigate processes/exceptions beyond first‑level operations, document findings, and recommend improvements. Produce consolidated or aggregated reporting and develop new operational workflows and efficiencies. Act as a project lead or subject‑matter expert for small‑scale initiatives using project‑management methodologies. Qualifications Undergraduate degree required. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Sound knowledge of operating environments, business processes, and transaction lifecycles. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, time‑management, and detail‑oriented skills. Ability to work independently with high accuracy. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient PC skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, PowerPoint. Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
