You’ll be: Preparing and testing formulation samples for physical properties using standard processing equipment such as bead mills, high shear mixers, air jet mills, and blenders with minimal supervision. Independently evaluating samples for physical properties using laboratory instruments like laser diffraction particle size analyzers, rheometers, density meters, and pH meters. Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring all instruments are in good working order, promptly reporting and discussing any issues. Accurately labeling samples in compliance with EH&S requirements and keeping a detailed laboratory notebook documenting all experiments and results. Upholding high housekeeping standards in the laboratory and leading by example in promoting safe work habits. Documenting results of experiments in detailed reports and communicating project status promptly, raising any issues to the project owner. Preparing and submitting necessary documentation for product changes/updates. Communicating with stakeholders on documentation status. Participating in A1 inventory team as needed. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Must have experience in a laboratory setting , preferably in the agriculture or chemical sector. Are proficient with laboratory equipment and instruments such as bead mills, high shear mixers, rheometers, particle size analyzers, density meters, and pH meters. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent documentation skills, and effective communication abilities. Maintain a high standard of safety and housekeeping in all laboratory practices.
