Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health

Location Fort Worth, TX Job Type Full-Time Setting Inpatient Behavioral Health Hospital Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Behavioral Health team. The RN will provide high-quality patient care while supporting the department's clinical, operational, and administrative functions. This role includes patient assessments, medication administration, care planning, and leadership responsibilities to ensure safe and effective behavioral health treatment. Schedule Full-Time Day & Night Shifts Available Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the physician as needed Administer medications in accordance with hospital policies Supervise shift operations and delegate clinical responsibilities Ensure compliance with nursing policies and quality standards Provide compassionate, patient-centered behavioral health care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support treatment goals Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 1 year of RN experience Behavioral health experience CPR certification De-escalation certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire) Preferred Experience in psychiatric, chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, or geriatric behavioral health settings Experience with patient assessments, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
