Join a hospital in Albany, NY as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role on a team that values your expertise. Assist physicians and other cath lab personnel in conducting diagnostic tests and procedures and operate advanced imaging equipment to capture critical data of the heart and blood vessels.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current New York State registration or limited permit to practice in New York.
• Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Advanced certification as ARRT-CV or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Experience in a hospital Cath Lab setting. (Client requires relevant prior Cath Lab experience.)
• Call commitment: one weeknight and one weekend per month.

Preferred Qualifications

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist. (Preferred.)
• RCIS certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). (Preferred.)
• Two years' experience in a hospital Cath Lab. (Preferred.)

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:00–17:30.
• Call commitment: one weeknight and one weekend per month.
