Salary: $16-17/hr

e are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Import/Export Clerk with at least 5 years of experience in import/export operations, shipping and receiving, and office administration. The ideal candidate will have strong computer and data-entry skills, be highly organized, and be comfortable assisting drivers at the service window while accurately entering orders and processing shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Process import and export shipments and related documentation.
• Enter orders and shipment information accurately into company systems.
• Assist drivers at the service window with check-in, paperwork, and shipment-related questions.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and shipping documentation.
• Perform general office and administrative duties as needed.
• Communicate professionally with drivers, customers, and internal staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of import/export or related shipping and receiving experience.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.
• Excellent data-entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong computer, organizational, and general office skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced import/export clerk who can independently handle shipment processing, order entry, shipping and receiving documentation, and driver assistance at the window while keeping office operations organized and running smoothly.
