En tant que chef de projet, au sein du groupe Technologie, vous serez amen effectuer les tches suivantes Appliquer efficacement les procdures de gestion de projet du Groupe Plan, depuis lattribution initiale du travail jusqu sa conclusion (calendrier du projet, ordres de modification, dessins conformes lexcution, documents de clture, etc.) Travailler avec de multiples parties prenantes pour sassurer que la mise en uvre du projet est excute de manire efficace et en temps voulu, en maintenant lintgrit de la conception et du calendrier du projet. Assurer la gestion des risques tout au long du cycle de vie du projet afin de minimiser les risques connus et imprvus du projet et leurs effets ngatifs. Travailler en troite collaboration avec lquipe de gestion pour garantir la faisabilit et le calcul des cots des projets conformment au budget. Grer les relations avec tous les partenaires du projet et le client afin de proposer des solutions innovantes permettant de respecter le budget du projet. Grer les ressources ncessaires lexcution du projet, y compris les employs et les sous-traitants. Communiquer frquemment les aspects techniques et les activits rgulires du projet sur le site avec les parties prenantes concernes afin dactualiser efficacement les informations pertinentes et dagir en consquence. Assurer linterface avec les ingnieurs-conseils afin dexaminer la mise en uvre de la conception et des rapports et de formuler des recommandations ce sujet. Respecter et mettre en uvre toutes les exigences du client en matire de scurit, et suivre toutes les directives du groupe Plan en matire de scurit. Contribuer aux propositions techniques et coordonner avec les membres de lquipe llaboration efficace des soumissions RFQ/RFP et/ou des documents dappel doffres connexes dans le cadre de la poursuite de grands projets de transport. Suivre les performances du projet, rendre compte de ltat davancement et faire remonter les informations si ncessaire. QUALIFICATIONS Vous avez au moins cinq (5) ans dexprience en gestion de projet dans le secteur de la construction et vous tes familiaris avec une varit de concepts, de pratiques et de procdures dans le domaine de la construction. Une exprience des technologies de linformation, du cblage structur et des systmes de construction serait considre comme un atout. Vous avez une formation post-secondaire connexe ; un diplme universitaire en ingnierie est prfrable. La connaissance du logiciel Accubid et/ou une exprience en matire destimation est considre comme un atout. Vous avez des connaissances en informatique et matrisez Microsoft Office. Une exprience de lutilisation de logiciels de planification est souhaitable (Microsoft Project et/ou Primavera). Vous tes titulaire dun titre de professionnel de la gestion de projet (PMP) ou dun titre quivalent, ou vous travaillez lobtention de ce titre, ce qui constitue un atout.
