Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple marketing projects across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Manage the company's social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand presence.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports using analytics tools.
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to develop marketing strategies that drive revenue.
• Assist with website updates and ensure content remains accurate and engaging.
• Design or coordinate the creation of advertisements, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Maintain the company's brand standards across all marketing channels.
• Build relationships with vendors, media partners, and community organizations.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
