Media Supervisor

Overview Right now, we’re looking for a crackerjack Media Supervisor who’ll lead the team in bringing that transformation to life – someone known for incredible strategic thinking, brilliant client interaction, and stellar management skills. You’ll become known within the company as someone who can tackle quality control for all media planning, oversee the team on day‑to‑day projects, and artfully translate strategies into innovative media while building robust client relationships and developing your team’s talent. Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality media planning for clients, providing smart, thoughtful insights into how digital marketing can achieve and exceed objectives and goals; also support new business pitches. Perform thorough, insightful campaign analysis, including reporting and optimization recommendations. Partner with Account Management and Customer Insight Group, implement agency and departmental policies, and work cross‑functionally to champion shared knowledge and establish continuous feedback. Promote a culture of shared learning and increase visibility of media expertise within the agency. Oversee budgeting process and performance evaluations to optimize resources and talent development. Qualifications Four‑year college education and five to seven years of media planning and/or buying experience (with at least three years of online experience), and familiarity with Atlas or comparable ad‑serving technology. Deep understanding of the digital environment and the media planning and buying process. Exceptional communication skills, able to interpret client objectives and articulate proposed media strategies and recommendations. Strong, proven ability to teach analytic skills to staff, encouraging and inspiring them to grow. Willingness to travel as needed. Familiarity with prompt‑based interaction and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL•E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation. Compensation Compensation Range: $75,050–$120,159 annually. The Company reserves the right to modify this range at any time.
