Job Overview:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients within the unit. Your key responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and working alongside the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to delivering superior patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients.
Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and monitor vital signs.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create personalized care plans.
Perform treatments and provide education to patients and their families.
Ensure accurate documentation and comply with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
