As an Behavior Technician (BT) with North Arrow ABA, you'll work directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them build communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in a supportive and rewarding environment.

What You'll Earn

• $18 - $23 per hour
• $500 bonus after training and 30 days of direct therapy work
• Monthly performance bonuses and annual raises
• Paid training, no gap in income while you learn

Schedule: 3pm-7pm Availability Required
We're open Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-7:00 PM. Afternoons and after-school hours make this a great fit for college students, career changers, parents, and professionals seeking a rewarding role in behavioral health and autism services.

• Part-time: 3pm-7pm, consistent weekly hours

Progress from Behavior Technician (BT) to Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days, with opportunities to pursue a BCBA career path if that's your goal. Responsibilities Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, helping them build communication, independence, and confidence. Every session is different. Every win is meaningful. 

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions 
• Follow individualized treatment plans and track progress 
• Work alongside a supportive clinical team 

Required Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old 
• High school diploma or GED 
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance 
• Able to read and write
• Able to pass a background check 
• Able to lift 50 lbs and move actively during sessions
