The Intern Assistant supports daily administrative tasks such as organizing client information, preparing basic documentation, and assisting with scheduling and follow‑ups. The role includes helping with data entry, updating internal records, and supporting the team with research on insurance plans and industry trends. The Intern Assistant may also assist with creating simple client communications, tracking inquiries, and coordinating digital files and resources. This internship offers hands‑on experience in a professional insurance environment, with opportunities to learn about client service and health coverage solutions. Qualifications Strong organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
