Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and create personalized treatment plans
• Implement physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehab specialists to maximize patient outcomes

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent from a fully accredited program

Certifications
