We are invested in helping you be the best you can be in and out of the water!Benefits include:401(k)401(k) matchingCompetitive salaryEmployee discountsFree food & snacksFree uniformsTraining & developmentCompensation: $16.35 per hourWhat will you do as a Lifeguard?Maintain constant surveillance of patrons in the pool area; act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of customers in the event of an emergencyProvide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical servicesPerform various duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facilityMake sure the pool area is always properly supervised and attended in accordance to American Red Cross standardsWhat are we looking for in a Lifeguard?Maintain Red Cross Lifeguard certification, Red Cross CPR/AED certification for adult, infant and swimmerPrevious swim instruction experience is requiredMust be able to successfully complete all lifeguarding prerequisites to American Red Cross standards
