Job Summary:
The location is in Forrest City, Arkansas. This position is for an experienced Travel Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment. The role involves providing direct patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

• Position: Travel ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: Forrest City, Arkansas
• Shift: Day Shift (7 AM 7 PM), Night Shift (7 PM 7 AM)
• Schedule: 36 hours per week, minimum guaranteed, 4 days on and 3 days off
• Duration: 13-week contract with opportunity for extension
• Number of positions: 2
• Required Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (Arkansas or Compact State), minimum 1 year recent ICU experience, current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, willingness to work a 12-hour shift, and at least 2 years of experience including prior travel experience.
• Additional Information: All travel submissions must include at least 2 years of recent ICU experience along with prior travel experience. No local candidates will be accepted. All facilities are PWP facilities; vendors will be paid upon receipt of payment from HWS.
• Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to critically ill ICU patients, monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, IV therapies, and blood products, manage ventilated patients and specialized ICU equipment, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and document electronically.
• Note: This position is a replacement of permanent staff.
